VisualGA 2020 Updates

1/06/2020 (7.19 - 7.20)

• Added additional csv format for disbursement/vendor/provider export which only surrounds field with double quotes if it contains a comma.  (The other csv format surrounds every field with double quotes)
• Added 'Record #' field to disbursement export which is simply an incremental counter for each record in the export.

3/20/2020 (7.21)

• Received DHS approval for the VisualGA Authorization for Repayment Form (SSI Reimbursement). The form now includes the DHS version number at the bottom right and will be updated in the future to reflect any ongoing changes.
• Added DOB to GA, EA, and AA exports
